4. We will take professional grade photos of your home for use in Realtor.com, ScotPrinceRealtor.com, DaveBrewerRealty.com, OBEO.com, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and several other high profile websites and magazine ads. We work very hard to make sure each photo we use is perfect.
5. We will have a professional produce Virtual Tours of your property that will be displayed on all available websites as well as the MLS. Potential Buyers feel as if they have actually been in your home after viewing the Virtual Tours!
6. We will enter your property in the MLS for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, complete with maximum number of most aesthetically pleasing photos, virtual tour link, and pertinent information to create interest. Buyers who search the MLS system, whether it be through our Website or another website will be able to see all the important assets of your property. It is difficult to create excitement when there is no photo and only a vague description!
7. We will be able to track all website hits and convey the number to you.
8. We will create a full color brochure that will be available to potential Buyers of your property & displayed in our Dave Brewer Real Estate office. These flyers can also be sent through email.
9. We advertise in every issue of Homes and Land Greater Orlando.
10. We send out a custom mail piece with high gloss photography and a brief description about your property.
11. We direct traffic to our Website. We work hard to make sure that we are ranked high in the Search Engines, such as Google, Yahoo, etc. A large percentage of our leads are generated from Search Engines.
12. We follow up on all showings.
13. We are available 7 days a week and always make sure that we are available to set up showings.
14. We are always available to show your property.
15. We are easy to reach. When you call our cell phones, you will reach us 7 days a week. In the unusual circumstance that you get voice mail, it is probably because we are on other lines or out showing property. Just leave a message on our voicemail system; we will call you back soon, no matter where we are.
16. We follow up with all showings of your home, either by email or by phone, whichever you prefer.
17. We review all showing feedback and make recommendations as needed.
18. We will review your property's market placement every 4 weeks.
19. If your property is under construction, we will keep all information and photos up to date, so as to correctly represent it in it's current stage.
20. We offer our experience to you. When we receive an offer on your property, we will work hard to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you. We will stay in close contact and will handle every facet of the deal as if it were our own.
